Hiring and interview process was seamlessly easy, the HR Recruiter was fantastic, responsive, helpful and guided me through every step. I filled out a form at a college recruitment event, received an e-mail a few weeks later asking to apply online via IBM website. Within a few weeks I was called in for an interview, to which I accepted. However, I received an offer letter for a different position than what I initially wanted and interviewed for which was a bit disappointing. I held no background or knowledge in the field I was placed. As a recent graduate, I could not afford to not accept the offer.

Fluido, humano, foco em experiência e resultados. Foi um processo um pouco lento, embora sempre recebi feedback do início até o fim. Fui entrevistado pelo gestor quem foi respeitoso, gentil e profissional.

Entrevista
Got a link to a platform where you were asked to answer a series of questions. The answers had to be recorded, every answer was supposed to be answered in less than 3 minutes. Beforehand, the advice was given to prepare using the STAR framework.
Important: once started, you can only interrupt the process once, since they don't want you to have unlimited preparation time for the answers. If it gets interrupted (e.g. due to network connectivity or by closing the tab) a second time, the process is stopped and your interview is basically aborted.

Entrevista
Zuerst tauschen wir uns über die gegenseitigen Erwartungen aus. Danach besprechen wir konkrete Situationen aus meiner bisherigen Arbeit im Banking-Sektor, zum Beispiel wie ich Herausforderungen gelöst habe. Mir ist ein ehrlicher Austausch wichtig, damit beide Seiten sehen, ob die Zusammenarbeit passt.
