Entrevista
It was a well balanced interview with mixtures of technical queries, behavioral and given situation related to the work queries. There were 3 levels of interviewing ie hr, direct supervisor and higher management.

There is one related to what if there is an issue arising from the day to day working process
I had a wonderful interview experience with IBM. The interviewer was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain the exact day-to-day responsibilities of an accountant at the company in great detail. This gave me a very clear and realistic picture of the role and the team culture.
Beyond just assessing my skills, the interviewer provided highly constructive feedback and valuable advice on areas where I could improve based on my performance. It is rare to find an interview process that is both thorough and genuinely developmental. I truly appreciated the interviewer's insight and warm approach.

Interview process was professional and straightforward, focused on accounting knowledge, technical skills, and situational judgment. Questions covered financial reporting, problem-solving, and teamwork. Overall fair and structured, with clear expectations and timely communication

Entrevista
Interview process was simple and straightforward. There were two stages. The first was a short introduction call with HR and the second was a interview with the managers on Teams. Questions were practical and related to real situations in the job.
