ISACA’s interview process included a recruiter screening, panel interview, and a question and answer session. Questions focused on experience, collaboration, and mission fit culture. I completed the recruiter screening and first interview round, and found it to be very professional with a reasonable timeline.

After a comprehensive screening phone call, I was invited for a face-to-face interview. The manager was dismissive and rude. They keep the position on social media sites for months and hundreds apply but the job never seems to get filled. It is one year after my interview and the same position is out there again. This organization doesn't seem to know where it wants to be or how to get there.
