I received an email to set up a phone interview. Had a congenial phone interview in which I was asked to work through a content design challenge with the interviewer. We had a pleasant dialogue, back and forth. I learned a lot about the company. I was told that I would hear back in a few days, and never did.

Phone interview is with someone on the content team. Asks general interview questions as well as asks candidate to provide examples of have to increase/decrease difficultly of a problem. Also asks candidate to work through a gold box problem. Next phase is an assignment phase.
