Two phone interviews then on-site. Process was fairly quick, and the hotel they put me up in was super nice (and close enough to walk to the office). On-site was almost all day, consisting of a bunch of 1:1 interviews from different areas, including developers, product managers, and higher ups. They also arrange it so you have lunch with a few other developers off-site which is a nice break to get. They don't really reimburse much after the trip....Office was super quiet when I was there and was arranged in cubicles - def didn't feel like other software companies i've visited.
