The interview process went smoothly. They had 3 managers come in separately and asked you typical job interview questions, like why do you want to work here, where do you see yourself in 5 years, describe a time when you dealt with a difficult customer and how did you deal with the situation, that sort of thing. The atmosphere was pretty casual. One manager was cold during the interview, but otherwise it went well. They also responded quickly with a job offer, which was nice.

It was good and quick process. Maybe they were hiring quickly. Some people were missing from the interview so it was shorter than other interview processes. Everyone was really nice!

Entrevista
There are 3 rounds: 2 phone interviews and one in-person. The first phone call is with the recruitment team. The second interview is with the hiring manager. The last interview is in person where you meet part of the team and with 2 supervisors.

Entrevista
Two brief phone interviews to screen interest for both parties, followed by a writing test. If these steps are fulfilled sufficiently, you're scheduled for an in-person interview where you tour the office, meet with current employees who work in the position. You also meet with the manager/supervisor and then you perform a job test / interview with the supervisors and the team you will be working with.
