Initial phone call with a Senior Manager. Second phone interview with the hiring manager. IXL then flew me to the headquarters for 5 face-to-face interviews. All of the interviews were discussions about the challenges that IXL Learning is facing and how I might be able to help. No "canned" interview questions.
