Introductions, light conversation, professional pitch, question and answer, and final remarks. Had a case study presentation (prepared the pitch deck, not scrolling personal portfolio website) during the pitch. At the end of the interview session, I had a chance to ask questions as well.

Very shoddy recruiting process. I was contacted by email by someone sitting in India to schedule the interviews. A lot of the questions were focused on my ability to work over time and handle multiple projects because the leadership believed that "great work comes out of great pressure." Thank but no thanks. I told them off in the interview and I would not recommend others to apply here — they are looking for early career designers to work long hours for minimal pay.
