There is an initial phone screening call, a "test" assignment that takes a good chunk of time and then another interview with the recruiter and hiring manager. The test is asking to put together an account plan based on a few different industries the company would be interested in targeting, The process was LONG. The recruiter based in Sarajevo was absolutely apathetic and did not smile nor show any emotion. Then, the hiring manager, after telling me how much they loved me asked two things: 1) If I would be willing to wait 4 months for an offer, they were waiting to see if budget came through and 2) If I was willing to learn French for the role, something not indicated ANYWHERE on the posting.

The recruiter called and two more interviews regarding the role. First to check many situations and discuss the opinions and how can I solve the situation. In the second interview, with the assigned task of 3 questions, I did a presentation
