I applied online. The process took over a month. Before you partake in the hiring process in Infobip, find out if they can afford you. Also, they do not know what they want when they interview you. It seems to be an autocratic company and one has to please the boss to succeed here. People are not friendly and there is no transparency in the process. It was a huge waste of time. I believe there is no professionalism and they don't care about people's time.
