Automated phone interview -a first! Received an email with a phone number to call, for an automated interview. The experience is a little unnerving as a recorded interview has none of the usual introductory banter that a normal phone interview entails. Boom-you're right into the questions. Additionally, if you wish to buy a second to think about your answer, it is dead air (you can fairly imagine the Jeopardy sound track playing). The questions were fine. However, their was one question I would have liked more clarification on. I was very excited about the company, and frankly I think it is their loss that we didn't move forward. Hard to know what they are looking for, but I don't think this tool serves them well in the long run. Interesting experience, however. Rating it difficult for the format only, not the questions.
