Preliminary interview with a global recruiter (phone). This was a pleasant call with a global recruiter who asked the basic interview questions and sought to determine if I was worth the time of the regional hiring managers for a sit down. Once she approved, an in person interview was scheduled the following week. This was a formal interview conducted by two senior sales managers and was designed to allow them to gauge the candidate for fit, ability, aptitude etc.

Interview with recruiter and then with team manager, and then another local team manager. They want to make sure you will be a good fit. Asked me to reach out to people currently working in the same position I am interviewing people, to get a better understanding of day to day activity.
