I submitted my CV, then a 2-minute video recording about stakeholders and how one can help them. Group discussions on business scenarios and then we did separate interviews and presentations on why we whould be offered a job with JLT.

One interview with 5 personnel people. There was a one to one interview, followed by 3 more with line managers and potential colleagues. A lot of emphasis was put on technical ability and this included a practical test lasting for about 30 minutes. There then followed further one to one discussions
