Recruiter share the details wit the organisation post which Initial screening on the expectations from the role, setting of expectations, Multiple rounds of interview with hiring manager, followed by interview HR.

Given a situation what is the approach to handle the situation to make it better? Can you describe a complex problem which was impacting stakeholder?

Entrevista
The interview process was highly dragged (it can take them anywhere between 1-4 months). You can expect to get the re-schedule of interview on the last moment. Despite 6 rounds the management wasn't sure of what they wanted. They may decide to go ahead with an absolutely opposite decision of what they may convey you in the final round. I would recommend them to be outright and transparent in the initial stages itself so that there is no wastage of both the interviewer and interviewee.
