They have 100% moved to the "Targeted Selection" Interview process and all hiring managers are required to take the multi-day training program before conducting any interviews so personality aside, the interview process should be pretty consistent across the company. You will interview with at least 3 different managers and asked a series of open ended questions designed for you to provide a "Star" response or "Situation/Task, Action, Result". So whether you are interviewing for an entry level position or senior management prepare to hit each item for each response.
Example Structure:
Situation/Task: What was the context?
Action: What was done (or not done)? How was it done?
Result: What was the effect of the Action (or inaction)?
