The process started with an brief online exam. This was followed by 2 phone interviews, first from a general recruiter then a direct supervisor. Finally an in person on site interview.

Tell me about a time where you had to tell a customer your software could not have a feature added to it that a customer wanted, how would you handle this.
Zoom call with a recruiter that screens the candidates prior to interviewing with the hiring manager or panel of employees. The questions were pretty typical questions trying to gauge customer success knowledge and technical expertise.

Recruiter reached out via LinkedIn, scheduled screening call followed by hiring manager zoom interview. Next round was a QBR presentation in front of a panel and then executive level interview.

Entrevista
An initial interview was arranged by HR recruiter that asked several screening questions. One month later, I was contacted to set up a follow up w/ Hiring Manager. At the end of interview, I was told to expect a decision by the end of week; however, I haven't heard back from anyone. Followed up with both the Hiring Manager and recruiter - no response as of yet - crickets.
