Two phone interviews, one F2F (which cost me € 250 on travel expenses, not refunded) in Diegem and then they contacted me that there was a 2 weeks delay due to vacation. Then they contacted me that there was a 2 weeks delay due to internal issues. Then silence for 4 weeks and after a gentle reminder not even a response back. This in mind, Johnson is NOT a company where I would like to work for and I withdraw my application for the simple reason: if they don't have the decency to communicate properly, they apparently don't give a (beep) about their personnel. and thus I do not want to be part of such a mentality. An enterprises' best capital is human capital.
