I applied thru JCI website and after 2 weeks I received a call from HR to schedule a phone interview. The first interview was focused on behavioral questions. One week later, the second interview was scheduled and focused on behavioral questions as well. Then a week later a I received an offer.

I had 3 interviews , 2 of them on the phone and one in person and the first interview with the department manage , The second one by direct manger and last one with the region manager
