I applied online for the internship and got an email notifying a phone interview 2 days later. So I scheduled the interview and conducted few days later. After that I received an email asking me to conduct a online assessment.

There were two rounds of interview one with program HR. Another one with Business Unit HR and Business Unit Head. Then got the offer. All are conducted virtually. More focused on soft skilss and motivation. I came from non healthcare background. Asking general understanding of the healthcare indsutry

General healthcare questions why J&J why this role
There would be 3 round interviews, including:
1. Regional HR phone screen: 1 hour.
2. BU Head and HR Director video interview: 1 hour.
3. GM video interview: 1 hour.
The process took me 1.5 month to get the offer.
