The interviewer was late to the first scheduled interview so that we had to reschedule - even though it was a phone interview. That told me they had no respect for new employees. For the actual interview she had to be 'retrieved' by her ass't, then complained about being buys!! Started the interview was asking about me - I answered - then she challenged in an aggressive way, each and every input I provided. It felt as if she did not trust me or believe me that I had the skills I was describing! (Ex: I said "I worked in this company for x # of years." She cahllenged with: "Well I heard of them, they do such and such, are you aware of that? Tell me about THAT!...which NOT my job history!!). I was patient though and polite and answered every question. She ended the interview with " Well thanks I will tell HR to schedule you for an in person interview". Then when I did not get a call for 2 weeks, I called them and was told No - she had not submitted my name for that !! POOR people skills; lack of total lack of respect. Told me a lot about that company! I did nto apply to any more positions after that!
