Entrevista
I came in to meet with an employee at the NY office after a family friend referred me. After coming into NYC and compiling a profile, I learned there was no job for me, they just wanted to meet with me. They loved my work and even called other employees over to see it. It was a fun experience to see the office but strange they would bring me in when no job existed.

Fluid conversation overall. We discussed my work and what Johnson & Johnson is about.
It was a very average interview, not too dificult. One round with hiring manager, She was polite, asked fairly simple questions. Did a second round interview but no offer after that.
Did a HireVue screening the questions focused mainly on motivation, background, and what drew you to the position. It was to confirm basic fit rather than test technical skills and was a way to better filter candidates.
On-demand interview in March: I need to record my responses to 3 questions, and for each question, I have 2 attempts. There is no time limit between attempts, so it is possible to take as much time as needed to prepare.
