Like many people these days I came into my group as a contractor but after 6 months a position opened up and I was made full time. I can not say this happens to everyone because currently there is a contractor here that was not given full time but was given an extension. Interview for the contract position was 30min with 6 people. Everyone was relaxed and did not feel pushed

Hiring Manager interview, explained the job at hand, asked questions about my work. Was friendly and gave positive feedback. Wanted someone to have tackled open ended questions and strong mathematical background
Phone interview screening with recruiter, then phone interview with hiring manager, then a panel interview with the whole team
Great friendly people
Hard questions (may be team dependent)
Team environment seems inclusive
Nice benefits
Salary could be a little more competitive
Company culture seems uplifting

Entrevista
Teams Meeting with everyone on the team. Very friendly and formal. Good overall practice and comfortable throughout. Felt welcomed and wanted to be apart of their team. Asked questions about previous positions and how that would translate to new position.
