1:1 Interview with member of staff. Mostly competency and strength based questions. Then you do your presentation which you have to prepare beforehand in front of a panel of staff including a current placement student and other staff members. They ask questions about your presentation at the end so be prepared. Then it's a group assessment/activity with other candidates and you each have a role and given information. You analyse your information and discuss it with the rest of the group.

3 interviews, phone with HR and face to face to line manager (talking about technical questions on SAS programming and your education && working experiences) and head of the department.
