The interview process was simple; I went through a panel-style interview where I was asked about my past experience and how it relates to the current issues they have on hand. I catered my answers to match what they were looking for, and the rest was history.

Explain an issue you had with a former teammate and what you did to resolve it.
The process is very smooth. HR call to screen basic questions like availability etc. - HM + Panel interviews, focus on resume and projects/skill level. Everyone is really friendly and seems generally interested in my background. Great experience.

I was asked to record a video interview. Not given questions before hand. Whatever software they use took some time to load. You can redo your video twice if you mess up.

Why do you want this role? Describe how your experience relates to this role?
Have applied for several jobs with J&J. Always comes back as a no. They only hire people who have had prior medical experience. You could have 20 yrs in other highly valued industries and still not get hired with them or even given a chance for an interview. Don’t waste your time
