The interview process was very drawn out. It included 2 rounds of phone interviews and 2 rounds of in-person interviews. Interview questions were primarily behavioral type questions - leadership, analytical ability, influential abilities - with some marketing specific questions as well (good marketing, innovative new products, ads, marketing plan experience).
