I recently applied for a position with jnj medtech, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The process began with an invitation to a virtual recorded interview session, which I completed promptly. Following that, I received an email two weeks later from the Hiring Manager, informing me that I had been selected for a panel interview. I participated in two rounds of panel interviews, during which I answered 6-7 behavioral type questions. Since then, it has been two months with no further communication from the company. Despite reaching out via follow-up emails to both the Hiring Manager and the recruiter, I have not received any response. The lack of courtesy and communication from such a prominent brand is disappointing. It would have been appreciated to receive some form of feedback or a decision regarding my application. This experience reflects poorly on the company's recruiting process and has left me with a negative impression of their professionalism and respect for candidates.
