Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Juice Generation (New York, NY).
Entrevista
Applied on Indeed and was contacted for a phone interview. I was then told to come in for a second interview in person. During the interview, the interviewer flashed all of the resumes they had and didn't even seem prepared to see me because I had to give them my resume instead of waiting for them to find mine. I asked questions, but they never even answered them, just said a whole bunch of nonsense trying to sound like a great company. At the end, I was told I would have to meet the CEO before I could get an offer. So we set up the next interview time. The next day they told me that they couldn't do that time and that we need to reschedule. I sent an email letting them know my availability. I never heard from them again. I sent them a follow-up email to inquire about the next step since I was still getting calls for interviews. I was ghosted. Very unprofessional. I have now seen the same job being relisted 4x's online. They claim to prefer to promote from within, but they post the job on job sites. With how small the office was, it didn't look as if they really had a position to fill. Use the interview as experience if you get one.

I was contacted on LinkedIn regarding the HR Coordinator position. After that, I had a phone interview followed by a few rounds of in-person interviews. Throughout the interview process, I learned more about the company and what would be expected on a day to day. The last interview was with CEO. The process was very professional and conversational. It was enjoyable learning about the culture and each individual's experience at Juice Generation.
