Entrevista
For the first interview- a group of 30 people did a quick 5 minute introduction. The second, they selected a group of 15 that they brought in for the next interview of introductions with corporate to decide the you're qualified for the next and final interview was to goto the head kitchen and learn the steps of how to make smoothies, bowls and juices. From there they decide if your training was good, or bad to determine if you will succeed in store.

Applied on Indeed and was contacted for a phone interview. I was then told to come in for a second interview in person. During the interview, the interviewer flashed all of the resumes they had and didn't even seem prepared to see me because I had to give them my resume instead of waiting for them to find mine. I asked questions, but they never even answered them, just said a whole bunch of nonsense trying to sound like a great company. At the end, I was told I would have to meet the CEO before I could get an offer. So we set up the next interview time. The next day they told me that they couldn't do that time and that we need to reschedule. I sent an email letting them know my availability. I never heard from them again. I sent them a follow-up email to inquire about the next step since I was still getting calls for interviews. I was ghosted. Very unprofessional. I have now seen the same job being relisted 4x's online. They claim to prefer to promote from within, but they post the job on job sites. With how small the office was, it didn't look as if they really had a position to fill. Use the interview as experience if you get one.

The process was very easy, the hiring process is split into 4 parts. First you meet 1:1 w/ someone from HR to discuss availability and so she can get to know you. If you pass, you have an interview w/ 3 other people (not sure who they were), and they ask about previous work, SAY YOU BEEN TO A JG BEFORE! If you get that, you go to HR for a training day where you learn to make a few of the items, and then if he likes you- you fill out your information and get your uniform. Then you work that week training in store, and if they like you/ you get your schedule for next week.
