Well timed, considerate, and thoughtful. From the phone screen to the first in-person interview, there was constant communication and information provided in an open manner. The interviews were scheduled based on all availability and time limitations. The interviews were bunched together to save time and added trips and instead of multiple interview days, there were 2 separate days with the first lasting about 90 min and the second about 60. The interviewers are looking for a cultural fit to support their values and people who will work collaboratively.
