Received e-mail from recruiter, asking me to submit availability to speak with hiring manager (no HR screening). Had a 30 minute phone interviewer with hiring manager (who was a consultant, not a Justworks employee). HM advised that he was looking to start a purchasing function & implement a new procurement system. I proceeded to detail my experience in both areas. It was obvious to me that HM was simply on a fishing expedition, rather than seriously interested in filling the job. A complete waste of time! Don't bother to apply!
