Phone screen was conducted in a professional manner, but all interviews following were redundant and not organized. I think requiring 5 interviews AND an assessment is pretty ridiculous for such a junior position. I think this company's hiring process is done with one of those insatiable tones - they continue to interview multiple candidates at a high capacity with no real guidelines or expectations, hoping to hire someone with CEO level experience for a coordinator position. It's no wonder their turnover is high on certain teams.
