This was conversational and allowed both sides to better understand expectations and alignment. The second stage was a 24-hour take-home case study. The case required structured analysis, clear reasoning, and well-supported recommendations. It tested both technical ability and how effectively I could synthesize information and communicate insights under time constraints. The final stage involved presenting my case study to the team. This included walking through my analysis, defending my assumptions, and responding to follow-up questions. The presentation portion assessed not only the quality of the work but also communication skills, clarity of thinking, and ability to engage in discussion.
