Process is standard: numerical test (held online, very convinient) - lot of questions (partially test attentiveness to details, pls do not harry), HR interview, essay in english, Manager interview, Partner interview.

HR interview: standard questions concerning background and strong motivation to work there. Check ability to cooperate with deadlines, stress and a lot of traveling and so on.
Manager interview: practical questions in accounting and investments. Stay well informed about situation in global financials, sketchy knowledges of accounting (simple adjustments, accounting principles), be ready to do some tasks "right now".
Partner interview: formal stage, talking about future work and motivating you to grow in company.
With one manager and one director, both behavioural and technical questions were asked, still manageable I think, and can prepare beforehand on resume base on the experiences, need to be familiar enough

Entrevista
I had two rounds of interview with a hiring manager or the Director. The questions were more behavioural based. It was a well paced interview process, following which I received an offer.
The interview was smooth, consisting of three rounds with straightforward questions. It was a positive experience, with no issues encountered throughout the process. Overall, it was a good interview and I would recommend working here.
