2 on 1 interview with senior managers, some technical question but also quite a lot of team work questions.
Overall positive experience as the interviewer are quite though.
They also left about 15 mins for any questions to them and was able to answer all my questions too.
Straightforward process. There was an initial interview with HR, then a Director and then finally the Partner. The partner interview was the easiest. That last part is just a culture fit check
The job interview process went through 3 rounds across different levels down-up, excluding the talent manager. It was brutal but totally worth it. The timing sequence is fairly fast ~ every 2 weeks.
Processo abbastanza lungo e molto focalizzato su parte tecnica e gestione delle risorse junior, cercano figure più di gestione che di effettivo sviluppo e gestione del cliente. Le domande non sono complicate ma bisogna cercare di mostrare più il lato manageriale che tecnico
