30 minutes done virtually. Good time management. Interviewer was kind, transparent, and respectful. Timelines were concise and expectations for the role were clear. The interview was mostly behavioural, and answers were provided using the STAR method.

1st round F2F with 2 x HODs.
2nd round F2F with divisional director.
3rd round was online "cognitive testing" games.
No further contact.
Recruiter went on 3 weeks holiday without advising outcome of process. Eventually discovered it had been filled internally.
Very disappointing lack of respect/consideration from such a reputable firm.

Standard competency based Qs, nothing unusual.
I found the online 'cognitive testing" a bit ridiculous; basically just video games. Great if you're young or a game geek and have fast reaction times, scores suffer if you mis-click or have slower reactions.
