I did not have any referrals and did not make it to the HR round. The first step of the process was to give an online test, it contained very basic questions about personality and what would you do if this happened sort of questions. It had a few aptitude and grammar based questions. And a few technical questions, since the domain I selected was Audit (from audit and tax) so the questions I was asked was from Auditing mainly and some from Accounting Standards. Overall very less preparation is required.

the process was good and tested every aspects containing technical, admin, practical. Also offered good benefits while continuing there for further after becoming CA as direct senior postion. Hence i would recommend the firm for articleship purpose and even post qualification purposes also.
