Entrevista
Manager appeared on time and asked for refreshments. Structured interview where the interviewer knew what he wanted to ask and how to go about asking questions. Asked personal questions first followed with more technical interview questions. An IQ test was followed by the questions after which I was put through a drug test. Although it was my first ever interview, interviewer didn't make me feel as if it was my first interview. Made things comfortable.
