Two rounds of detailed functional interviews - one with my reporting manager and the other with the Partner. A couple of HR discussions as well. All were over telephone. My first round was a very detailed discussion on infrastructure strategy and financing. It was almost a year back and they decided to not pursue it. Then they called me again for the same opportunity but this time the detailed interview was more on debt financing.

I was approached by a recruiter and the whole process took 4 weeks with 3 rounds (both technical and behavioral interviews). The offer came the day after my last one but I declined it.
