The interview process has been changed and now KPMG is having back-to-back 1 hours interview (30 minutes per interviewer) on campus. Then, invite all candidates, who got an extended offer from KPMG, to the office where they applied.
En 48 heures, j’ai passé trois entretiens avec différentes personnes, abordant plusieurs aspects liés au poste : compétences techniques, expérience, résolution de problèmes et adéquation avec l’équipe et la culture.
It was mainly an HR personal interview at KPMG, focused on my background, personality, and general fit with the company culture. The questions were not technical; instead, they revolved around my educational history, achievements, personal interests, strengths, weaknesses, and career goals. The HR also asked about my motivation for applying, why I’m interested in KPMG, and how I see myself developing within the firm. Overall, it was a friendly, get-to-know-you conversation rather than an in-depth technical or case-based interview.

It was ok, the HR was very supportive, but the the interviewers were a bit in hurry from the start, they didn't even asked much questions, like they had already made up their mind, without even knowing the person, which was very rude & waste of time. They weren't sure what they are looking for.
