I applied for the graduate program on their website. Filled out the application. Got an email the following day. 2 45 minute interviews, one. With a partner and the other with a manager/director. Very relaxed. Mostly competency based questions and also regarding work experience. Got an offer the following morning.

Applied online, then did an online assessment. After that went to an assessment centre, which includes a 30mins individual interview and a 15mins written assessment. Interview was not hard but was ghosted after the assessment centre.

Consisted of a 15 minute situational judgement quiz and assessment and then A 30-40 minute interview with your chosen team’s manager and a member of the team. Afterwards there was networking with graduates.
