Entrevista
The recruitment process was in 3 simple rounds .
First round: it was a basic round which contained 100 behavioural questions which we have to answer .This was a very easy round and after this round 72 students were shortlisted for the second round .
Second round: It was group discussion round and we were divided into groups of 4-5 members and we were given topic " do we have entered the virtual world ".After this round 12 students got selected for technical and hr interview combined , out of which only 5 students were selected .
1st stage is a chat with the HR person about your background.
2nd stage is an inteview with the team - behavioural and technical type questions.
3rd stage is a chat with the partner - still be prepared for behavioural and technical type questions.

Entrevista
En la primera ronda realizamos una dinámica de grupo presencial, donde se debatía sobre diferentes temas variados.
Después se realizaron entrevistas individuales con dos mánagers del departamento. Nada técnico, eran entrevistas de fitting, básicamente.
