The hiring and recruitment process is quite lengthy but it is simple. The first stage is online test assessment. The questions consist of a personality check. A phone interview is given to me instead of a video interview. I feel more comfortable in this way. The next stage is the manager interview.
Smooth interview process that took only a week. The interval of the two interviews were short. Both the hiring manager and the Team Manager that interviewed me nice and approachable.

Easy going and straight foward a good combination between technical skills and behavioral question. Some of the queestion related to accounting and audit question and some related to our attitude

It was average. General accounting terms. Foundation level. Interviewer are supportive.
First was a online test then technical round, the HR round was Salary discussion. Delay inbetween rounds and HR will ignore calls.
