Got to know the openings for the profile through Team lease consultancy and there were 3 rounds of interview with aptitude test and 2 rounds of managerial rounds which was conducted on the same day. The interviews happened to take whole day and the results announced on the next day.

Standard interview process for a grad role - phone interview, psychometric testing and then video interview. In person interview at the perth office with 2 people interviewing me. Interview was pretty standard, asked me about myself and my goals for the future.

Describe a time you've had to challenge your managers view?
Have an interview with manager and director. Talked a lot about behavioral questions and standard questions. All people are friendly. Ask a few questions about backgrounds. It’s a good experience. The office is beautiful.
