Some online tests/games to observe your skills and making of several video's answering several questions (in different languages). Later followed a call with the Ex. Director and Sen. associate to get to know the team.

Online assessment included cognitive testing and english testing. Needed to answer basic math problems like looking at statistics and graphs and interpreting them. Open-ended questions were straight-forward and simple, face cam required.
