Candidatei-me de outra forma. O processo levou 3 meses. Fui entrevistado pela KPMG em out. de 2014
Entrevista
I first put my resume through the company's online application system and was granted an interview with a conference. The interview at the conference was conversational, and not as difficult as I thought. The majority of the questions dealt with my leadership and teamwork skills. Afer this first interview I waited for 3 months before I heard anything back.
However, I was given a second interview at the actual office I preferred to work in. There were actually three conservative interviews during this process. All of the interviewers wanted to know my plans for my license, the extra thirty hours, and if I could see myself in the area for an extended period of time. The interviewers were very down to earth and easy to have a conversation with.
After my last set of interviews, I heard back 2 weeks later that they wanted to offer me a position.

Have you ever worked hard at something you really wanted and still failed? If so, what did you do?
Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa KPMG (Singapura).

After submitting my CV, there was a virtual interview and they asked a market sizing question + why I wanted to join the specific department. They also asked about stuff in my CV and it was overall pretty manageable, they don't expect you to know much as an intern.
It was an hour long with 2 hiring manager and HR. Whole process was like one round to offer. This spanned around 2 weeks in total from HR reach out to offer letter.
The interview process at KPMG was straightforward but rigorous. I completed an online assessment, followed by a video interview, and then a panel interview with case questions. The team was professional, and the timeline was reasonable, taking about a month from application to offer.
