For students that are approached by the recruiter, you basically only need to submit your resume and perform the online assessment. There was no interview process and they would accept or reject you based on your resume

Smooth interview process that took only a week. The interval of the two interviews were short. Both the hiring manager and the Team Manager that interviewed me nice and approachable.
