I was interviewed by 2 managers of audit associates last Monday, virtually via Teams. Very friendly, comfortable & NOT traumatizing. The interview took around half an hour. Everything went smoothly and hopefully, I get the job.
1. Apply for the job through ACCA Careers
2. Received a random WhatsApp call asking more detailed background & basic questions (what do you know about KPMG, explain more on your curriculum activities, notice period, etc.)
3. Received another WhatsApp call to set up the interview date
4. Interviewed via Teams

Smooth interview process that took only a week. The interval of the two interviews were short. Both the hiring manager and the Team Manager that interviewed me nice and approachable.

It was average. General accounting terms. Foundation level. Interviewer are supportive.
First was a online test then technical round, the HR round was Salary discussion. Delay inbetween rounds and HR will ignore calls.
