Two zoom calls with two partners in the practice you apply to. They both last 30 minutes. The entire interview is behavioral besides what they like to call a quasi case which is essentially just a very open ended question on how you would handle a business problem in the area of practice you are applying for.

2 back to back interviews with Senior Director and Managing Director. Included both behavioral and situational questions. First interview was solely behavioral and the second interview had majority situational with minimal behavioral.
