Unkompliziertes Bewerbungsgespräch, welches wirklich nur ein Gespräch war. Bei der Einstellung von WP-lern ist der Prozess aufwändiger. War in kleiner Runde mit meinem zukünftigen Chefs (Senior-Manager und ein Manager). Dies scheint aber eher die Ausnahme, da die anderen Kollegen zu der Zeit nicht am Standort waren und der personalverantwortliche Partner dies auch nicht einrichten konnte.

First round was basic assessment, like video interview and some numerical test.
Second round was group interview, there were 8 ppl in total in my group and we have to come up with a conclusion during the 40 mins and a 5-min presentation
