First is a coffee with a senior manager or director. More casual informal way for them to learn about you and your background and to make sure your personality would fit with the team.
Next is a formal interview with a director. This is the hardest, with more specific situational questions and questions on subject matter.
Finally, quick meeting with the partner for them to have final say.

Entrevista
I applied online and was contacted by the recruitment team for a phone screen. The recruiter I spoke to was positive and we had a good conversation about my career goals and she promised to get me an interview.
I was sent an email invite for first thing Monday morning on Friday afternoon. During the interview, I was interviewed by a junior partner and senior partner.
The Senior partner was very overbearing on the conversation and I could tell he did not care about my career goals as after I stated them he went off on a different tangent describing opportunities that existed for me that did not align with what I had just stated and were different to the job descriptions. The senior partner then went on a rant about how much they disliked working from home. The junior partner barely spoke throughout the interview.
I attempted to find out more about the specific type of work the role would entail but was not able to get a definitive answer from both interviewers.
The senior partner then ended the interview early and I got a rejection email 4 days later. If I had been allowed to continue in the process I would have considered rejecting any offer based off a bad culture fit in that team.

Entrevista
Ik had eerst een gesprek met HR en daarna met een KPMG Partner, en later nog met 2 Senior Managers. Niet de standaard procedure omdat men mij al kende vanuit een eerdere sollicitatie.
Daarna meteen een contractaanbod ontvangen en strikte opvolging en uitleg van uit HR. Zeer prettige ervaring met HR.
